"Bij counseling bepaalt de klant het onderwerp en de manier van werken. Samen bekijken we hoe de situatie nu is, hoe je graag wilt dat het wordt en wat je daar voor nodig hebt. Gevoelens, gedachten en gedrag komen steeds uitvoerig aan bod.
We hebben ontmoetingen en maken gebruik van allerlei technieken die behulpzaam zijn om inzicht te krijgen in de situatie, gevoelens en mogelijke verbeteringen. Voorbeelden van technieken:
